Product Manager - Equity Domain - BFSI

Assist in the New Product Development in order to achieve the organization's aim towards creation a basket of the best products line in the market.

1. Consistent track and study global industry flows and product trends to conceive and present innovative product ideas.

2. Develop new product & facilities ideas that can be launched and contribute significantly to AUM after discussing with key internal stakeholders like CIO/Fund Managers, Sales Head etc

3. Ideation, testing, drafting, committee approvals (CPT, Product committee), SEBI filing, handling queries,

4. Launch & NFO Communication ( presentation, product note, information mails)

5. Develop and design innovative, yet simple Value Added Products (VAPs) as solutions for various investment needs

Developing communication content for existing products that focuses on key features to increase sales & enhance market share

1. Build independent research & knowledge on markets, global & domestic macros, different investment products and trends in the market to utilize the content & knowledge in designing innovative products and solutions.

2. Share key product notes with product USP, regular & timely feature & performance analysis that helps increase visibility and sales for that particular product

3. Service adhoc & customized product note/presentation/material requirement basis urgency & importance

4. Undertake new initiatives to sharpen & improve the product communication with focus on creating adequate business impact

5. Conduct market & competitor research on an ongoing basis and provide analytics & data points for the team to develop new product ideas, solutions and communication platforms in addition to efficiency drivers so as to keep ahead of competition

6. Addressing concalls/webinars for market & product related updates with groups of sales team or Partners & MFDs as required.
