Product Manager

The Product Manager will serve as enterprise software product expert combining market analysis, end-user feedback, and technology knowledge to establish a distinctive product vision and roadmap to serve health systems- marketing and planning needs. This position offers talented and ambitious candidates an opportunity to define new capabilities for the preeminent market intelligence application suite in the industry, and help launch new products to expand the firm's technology footprint.

This position is located in our Chennai office.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a compelling and feasible product vision

- Translate product vision into a roadmap that balances customer needs with internal resources

- Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct product requirements for cross-functional working team

- Manage the development backlog, prioritizing new features, enhancements, and defects against business needs

- Own the success against product KPIs created in concert with the business owners of the product

- Lead the build-out of consumer product testing infrastructure to optimize feature/functionality refinements

- Be a resident domain expert in one or more product capabilities and functions /features

- Evangelize and train marketing, services and delivery teams on product capabilities

- Communicate progress against roadmap across the cross-functional team as well as throughout the organization

- Partner with engineering and user experience teams to perform product discovery to ensure that we are building high-value, usable, and desired features

- Coordinate predictable, high-quality product releases

- Continuously refine product vision based on feedback from end users, working team, and thought leaders

- Track product effectiveness and continually work toward a tangible and sustained value proposition

- Ensure market messaging is consistent with product functionality and highlights distinctive value proposition(s)

Must Haves:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree

- 8+ years of professional experience.

- 3+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing product environment.

Even Better:

- Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, informatics, business or health care-related field

- Proven ability to lead product discovery work as well as to boil down market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
