- Lead and manage the Product Marketing team to ensure key deliverables are achieved
- Drive user acquisition and audience engagement with specific focus on digital marketing tactics - build partnerships to amplify product positioning.
- Ensure that strategic plans, demand forecasting and other related functions are taken into consideration when managing marketing programs for products
- Increase marketability of PLSIND products through the development and implementation of customer focused communication and marketing strategies
- Support and work with sales and consulting team on lead generation activities, including trade shows, email campaigns, hosted events, etc., with messaging and collateral and ensure appropriate follow-up materials for sales to execute on leads.
- Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of various reports as required by various internal and external stakeholders
- Data analysis - sales opportunities (Region, product, process etc.,), competitor analysis, impact of marketing tactics of competitors products and suggest counter measures
