Position Background :

The opening is with eLearning business of India's premier BSchool . Led by techies and management professionals from some of the world's best universities and BSchools, the team is focused on building strongest elearning brand out of India. The venture is well funded and is backed by credibility of premier BSchool, that has, within a short span of ten years emerged as a top-ranked business school, ranked among the top 10 B-schools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ownership of company's product roadmap

- Identify product improvements to improve the learning experience

- Instrument and track how participants interact with the website, mobile app and learning management system

- Measure student engagement with various elements of the learning process and suggest improvement

- Perform data analysis and make sound business and product related decisions

- Maintain product requirements document, prioritize tasks and monitor implementation

- Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure that product objectives are met

- Perform market research, monitor competitive landscape and incorporate new developments in mobile, analytics and internet

Desired Profile :

- 5 or more years of work experience with at least 3 years in product management at a consumer facing web or mobile product

- Ability to work with data and make data driven decisions

- Expertise in web analytics tools such as google analytics, kissmetrics

- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering; MBA / Masters is a plus
