Product Manager - eLearning

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of key product features

- Clearly communicate product plans, requirements, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from engineering to leadership.

- Work with UX team to develop unique customer experiences

- Develop product strategy that aligns with the broader mission and strategy, drawing from deep customer insights, data, and research.

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data/content specialists, and designers to deliver your product vision.

- Establish global go-to-market plans by collaborating with marketing and customer success teams

- Track customer feedback, product performance metrics and resolve customer issues to ensure best-in-class customer experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably on Learning products.

- Academic background in computer science or engineering.

- Experience in management consulting highly preferred.

- MBA highly preferred.

- Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into delightful user experiences.

- Experience delivering highly successful and creative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're proud of what you've accomplished.

- Excellent skills in storylining, slide making and communicating complex ideas clearly & concisely

- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

- Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail
