Position Overview:

Our Client seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our eLearning platform for Neuro Divergent children. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of educational technology and meets the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eLearning platform for Neuro divergent children in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, content creators, and QA, to drive the end-to-end product development process.

- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide development efforts.

- Prioritize feature development based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

- Create and maintain a clear product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in a timely manner.

- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, consistently seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the user experience.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Analyze product usage data, conduct A/B testing, and gather user insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.

- Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and progress to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience with minimum of 9+ years as a Product Manager in the eLearning or education technology or relevant industry.

- Strong understanding of eLearning platforms, online education trends, and educational technology tools.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
