BYJU'S is seeking an exceptional product manager for our Early Learning product to drive strategy and create a significant bottom-line impact on our business and competitive position

Generate new product ideas and enhancements to the existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and customers. - Assist in developing product strategy and the product roadmap, which is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product design & development effort, and negotiating the launch time frames with development teams.

Role and Responsibilities

- Create functional and UI specifications, business cases, and wireframes. Also conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases.

- Understand the needs of the educators and learning designers in terms of curriculum and learning objectives.

- Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely, seamless, and successful rollouts.

- Define, track, improve, and monitor key product metrics. Collate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly data on the performance of various features and report findings.

- Be the first point of escalation for any product-related problems/queries.

- Evaluate new product opportunities for the company, keeping in mind both the customer's requirements and the company's technology capabilities.

- Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity.

- Create and maintain relevant product documentation for various internal stakeholders.

Experience

- 3-6 years

Skills

- A bachelor's degree in engineering or technology.

- 3-6 years of experience and success launching digital products.

- Demonstrated experience creating strategic roadmaps and driving product vision.

- A proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Experience working with technology and research-driven products.

- A software development background.

- Experience working closely with UX designers and researchers where customer experience is prioritized.

- A product-minded and consumer-centric approach.

- Exceptional time management skills - you can juggle multiple projects adeptly and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
