About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and passionate Product Leader who can come on-board and guide the success of multiple products and leading the cross- functional team that is responsible for improving it. An ideal candidate could be someone who could be lead the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and other functions and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met by aligning to the company strategy and goals. Responsibilities : &nbsp; - Understanding and analyzing specific user group needs and ensure that development priorities are aligned with the immediate and long-term needs - Conducting user and market research with the help of the consumer insight team - Transform product ideas into detailed requirements keeping in line with the roadmap - Interacting and aligning with the customers and address their problems by collaborating with the stakeholders - Working with design, engineering, finance, academics, and business teams - Define success metrics and analyze product performance - Streamline feedback collection from users within the app and outside app Requirements : - Ground-up fundamental product thinking - 4+ years of total experience - 2-4 years of experience in Product Management - Previous work experience in B2C mobile-first startup is preferred - Previous work experience as a software developer is a plus - Enthusiasm for working in the growing Edtech scene of South East Asia - Fast learner, problem-solver and can-do attitude Desired Skills and Experience : Consumer Software
