Job Description :
a. Responsible to know customer needs through research and market data
b. Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability
c. Assess competition by comparing products
d. Create product marketing communications objectives
e. Responsible to work with the sales head to create product sales strategies and hence to evaluate sales call results
f. Responsible for creating long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
g. Developing new products to market with return-on-investment analysis
h. Market new products with sales, advertising and production teams
i. Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand
j. Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on work results
k. Manage the product team, including coaching and disciplinary actions, planning, monitoring and job appraisal
l. Product Wise Keeping track of the Cost and managing the P&L.
m. Conducting- VOC (Voice of customer), Rejector Analysis
n. Presentation of Report on VOC & Rejector Analysis
