- Align organization's strategy to the product strategy
- Work closely with senior management to align product strategy
- Create and manage the product roadmap
- Create business cases/investment pitches basis new product development planned
- Go-to-market- Manage pricing, distribution and promotion for the product. Work with sales team to define and stabilize the sales process and operations team to define and stabilize the operations processes.
Operational
- End-to-end management of flagship product
- User research - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, create personas etc.
- Product design & development - Work with internal and external design and development teams to translate user needs into a final product, right from ideation to testing
- Product rollout - Manage pilot/test runs and implementations of the product across various schools/customers
- Product feedback - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities to collect product feedback. Identify, measure and improve product success metrics such as NPS, CSAT, Usage etc.
- Sales and operations support - Support sales and operations team in high-profile customer demos, trainings, rollouts etc.
- Product marketing - Manage all marketing activities for the product - presentations, brochures, videos, case studies etc.
