- Define and execute a product roadmap to drive healthy user acquisition and retention.
- Define the key metrics for the product, measure them and own them
- Optimizing and analysing various parts of the product funnel, which are acquisition, optimization, retention and referral
- Lead all product related discussions for your product component with various teams in the company
- Engage with data teams for concept validation, cohort analysis and success measurements
- Evolve feature ideas with the content team and stake holders across leadership, operations, sales, marketing and customer success divisions
- Lead weekly growth meetings discussing the sprint results & new idea around growth hacking
