Product Manager - EdTech

- Looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial bent of mind!!

- Responsible for: Building and managing new product features on our web-based platform that dramatically enhance service quality, experience and retention of our customers (parents and tutors) and increase operational efficiency of internal customers (sales and tutor operations).

Deliverables :

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, with continual interactions with Marketing, Sales and Tutor Operations,

- Conduct constant benchmarking with industry and competition to make sure the platform and product features represent the cutting edge in the industry

- Translate the needs to product flows, develop wireframes, designs and user interface

- Closely guide and monitor the work of development team to take to closure

- Strong project management to ensure product features go live as per agreed timelines

Ideal Candidate will have :

- Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a Product Manager

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Proven ability to work with Development teams to execution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent teamwork skills - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of XD/Figma and other tools
