ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Own and be responsible for key problem areas in a particular objective that will be critical in the mission of the organisation.
- Build effective feedback channels (customer / data) to stay on top of pulse of the customer and help refine the problem and solution strategy & confidence by being the voice of the customer in the org
- Collaborate effectively with functional stakeholders across Business, Technology, City Operations to prioritize, develop and deliver products in an agile environment
- Defines appropriate success metrics and control metrics for features, initiatives and problem area levels with guidance.
- Partners with engineering breaking down a feature execution into demo-able/ shippable chunks under the direct supervision of Product lead
- Writes a detailed spec (including metrics & launch plan) as a basis for effectively communicating with other functional stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of product management experience in companies with in the consumer internet or operation focussed companies
- Obsessed about understanding customers needs/aspirations and taking pride in solving their problems
- Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outsized outcomes
- MBA from Tier 1 Institute or prior experience in early stage startups is a plus
- Strong technology background with exposure to building products or data analytics background is preferred
