Responsibilities:
- Manage the product end-to-end across platforms
- Understand the user pain points and needs by conducting primary research as well as looking at the data
- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Drive the overall product and feature roadmap, and manage prioritization and trade-offs against user experience
- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams
- Establish business metrics and indicators for success
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process
- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvement

- Strategic Thinking: Strong business & metrics understanding to prioritize issues and execute quickly while managing competing needs
- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
- Sharp Communication: Ability to articulate the problem and proposed solution clearly and succinctly
- Strong ability to collaborate across teams and get to results quickly
- Take complete ownership and drive issues end-to-end independently
- Deep understanding of how consumer tech products are built and evolve
- Pro activeness in developing understanding of various applications of technology
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably with building e-commerce products
- Degree in Computer Science from a premier college
- MBA (from a premier college) preferred
