Job Description:

It is up to the Product team to drive product innovation aimed at sustaining aggressive growth targets. A Product Manager is the CEO of her/his product. S/he is responsible for success of a product which entails understanding and meeting client (internal & external) expectations. S/he is the owner of product through its lifecycle and plays important role in molding its vision and roadmap. On a day to day basis s/he manages releases, gathering requirements, analyzing, prioritizing features and working closely with design, QA and engineering to deliver a world class product that upholds company values and strategy.

A Product Manager is required to:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap

- Elicit, analyze and prioritize product features

- Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure timely launch and high product quality

- Publish MRDs and PRDs with analysis of business, competition and product features in detail

- Be an expert in his/her domain and display the ability to think ahead of the curve

- Have high levels of passion and commitment towards tasks at hand

Required experience and knowledge:

- Minimum of 4 years of overall experience as a Product Manager, in eCommerce or the consumer internet domain

Demonstrated success in defining and launching high quality products

- Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in technology, MBA preferred

- Should be a team player who has a passion to work in a start up to eventually build a world class platform

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Must be open to travel for short work related trips
