Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and drive the product strategy and vision for our e-commerce site.

- Own the e-commerce website and work directly with the internal team, external clients and consultants to understand the goal.

- Work with the internal team to develop the best solution.

- Manage new product development and feature roadmap from planning to implementation by collaborating with cross functional teams, including Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Merchandising, and Finance and Operations

- Coordinate for all the phases of Product Development Cycle- sprint planning, UAT testing, hypothesis definition, project management, product marketing and QA reviews

a. Lead the implementation and optimization of key features such as product discovery, checkout, payment methods,

transactional emails, general order management, return management to improve the customer experience

b. Generate detailed documentation and requirements- Convey by creating effective user stories, functional requirements, wireframes and/or mockups

- Help analyze data, evaluate features and understand user needs and pain points- proactively identify gaps in the current online experience and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.

- Identifying emerging online trends and recommend changes based on customer and competitor insights.

- Identify, assess, and prioritize initiatives that help customers more seamlessly transact on our platform.

- Analyze site metrics/customer journeys and develop hypotheses for optimization based on business goals, Key Performance

- Indicators (KPIs), and objectives.

- Develop reports that provide an overview of product performance and post-launch results and develop success metrics.

- Work closely with Ecommerce Business & ops teams to develop and enhance workflow processes and maximize the potential of existing product capabilities.

- Review customer feedback, conduct surveys and user testing to capture feedback and communicate findings clearly and constructively with the team.

- Provide Knowledge Transfer of existing or new features to relevant teams.

- Organize and evaluate A/B tests around new feature releases.
