Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team from supply chain operations, technology development, user interface design, merchandising and awareness, finance and customer support through the development process and into on-going operations.
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance.
- Responsible for analysing customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities. Develop detailed product requirements and launch plans.
- Assist with development of awareness plans and materials.
- Define and communicate e-store product road map to continually improve the user experience based on on-going customer research, feedback, and performance.
- Responsible for developing customer wireframes and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services
- Analyse all customer requirements and monitor requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.
- Responsible for gathering and analysing User Research data to build Product Requirements.
