Product Manager - eCommerce

Bangalore based India's one of the fastest growing Online Education & Training Company

- This company is a leading online education training provider based in Bangalore, India, is looking for an experienced product manager to lead the creation, development, implementation and management of its multiple web properties. These web properties include an eCommerce website, blog, forum, Learning Management System (LMS) and an events website.

- This person will be leading all product management activities for this company. Initial focus will be to research and identify the areas of improvement across our web properties. Subsequently define product requirements based on the shared vision across functional groups, set product priorities, and work across teams to deliver these improved product & customer experiences. This person must quickly learn the end-to-end business process to create unparalleled customer shopping & online learning experience. This position will be based in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead product management function by working closely with the senior management, business, technology development, creative, product marketing, content development, and customer support teams.

- Design & Develop detailed product requirements with wireframes and launch strategy & plans.

- Define success metrics and also monitor & report post-launch performance.

- Assist creative & technology teams throughout the product's life cycle.

- Define and communicate road map for all web properties to continuously improve the customer experience based on ongoing customer research, feedback, and performance.

Qualifications:

- The candidate must be a technology graduate with MBA.

- At least 7 years of relevant product management experience with last 2-3 years in consumer-facing eCommerce companies.

- Must have worked in a startup environment & infinite tolerance to accommodate change requests in short time.

- Must be a self-starter and enjoy working with limited direction.

- Excellent quantitative, analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

- Experience identifying, contracting with, and directly managing third party vendors.

- Well versed in social media technology implementations.
