This is in regards with an opportunity with one of our E-commerce client based at Bangalore..

Looking for candidates with relevant experience in "Product Management" preferably from domains like Ecommerce / Online Payments / Mobile / Internet background specific.

What we are looking at ..??

We are looking for a smart, experienced, entrepreneurial Product Manager to own and lead the gift-wrap business, a strategic component of Company's vision to be the preferred gifting destination. This is a highly visible position that will interact and influence at all levels of the Organization's business worldwide.

Strategic Objectives

- Identify new business opportunities and markets for driving the gift-wrap business

- Develop innovative business models for gift-wrap offerings including evaluating opportunities to partner with existing Organizations programs and drive new programs

- Collaborate with Retail, Procurement, Fulfillment & Vendor teams to develop the product offerings for these opportunities and offer them at Organizations scale

- Own and drive the gift-wrap P&L from both a topline and bottomline perspective

- Collaborate with Country leadership, Fulfillment and Procurement teams to expand gift-wrap offerings in new Organizations marketplaces

- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising teams to develop a Merchandising & Pricing strategy

- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and execute technology solutions related to gift-wrap offerings

- Own key financial and business metrics related to revenue, profitability, adoption, new customer acquisition & retention, quality of service etc.

- Drive key operations activities in Fulfillment Centers related to productivity improvement

- The ideal candidate will be clearly passionate about the large opportunity that Organization's platform presents. This leader is results oriented, and has thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift fast. He or she is a strong leader with critical financial & business skills, who is analytic and data driven, can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team. This leader has the ability to set a vision and evangelize that vision with a diverse stakeholder group, often times using strong influencing & persuasion skills to drive that vision. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong operations, customer and quality focus. This leader will have a strong track record of achieving that balance.

- This leader will lead the organization through change, evolution, and sustained growth. The right leader will evolve and scale the organization along with the business. They will lead by example, being just as passionate about operational performance and predictability as they are about all other aspects of the customer experience. With the business growing this rapidly, this leader will not have the luxury of having a tunnel-vision for any one area; rather, this individual will need to exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

From a business perspective, this leader will:

- Have a strong track record of shaping business strategy for products or services and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry

- Have a strong financial, business and operations background

- Have a proven ability to deliver product or service offerings in the context of a diverse, multi-functional stakeholder group

- Be conversant with internet technologies

- Have an entrepreneurial spirit

- Have excellent collaborative skills as a leader

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in managing the P&L of a line of business

- Product ownership of a product or product line (with end to end responsibility of the product roadmap, execution and go to market)

- Familiarity with managing products or services that directly impact the customer's emotive need (e.g. products or services in the gifting space
