Product Manager - eCommerce

Product Manager- India's leading fashion & lifestyle ecommerce retailer

This is an exciting challenging opportunity for a Product Manager to partner with businesses to define initiatives that will deliver revenue impacting results, consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management.

- The ideal candidate should possess the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize features for impact.

- The candidate should understand industry best practices and contribute to the overall vision and strategy for small business services.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.

Basic/Minimum Job Qualifications

- 7+ year’s experience working in Product Management, ideally in product areas for small business, ecommerce, or consumer web products

- 3+ years hands on agile development experience (ideally prior experience with1.0 releases as well as incremental releases)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must

- Ability to: organize and plan, manage and prioritize tasks, and problem solve

- Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders

- Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle

- Work with UI Designers and Usability experts to define the exact UI details for all customer facing feature and be responsible for overall usability of the product

- Understand and analyze user needs, and conduct research on markets and competitors.

- Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies.

- Build and manage a product roadmap to support our goals and strategies

- Initiate and prioritise projects within engineering, track product development and develop product launch plans.

- Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules

Preferred Job Qualifications

- 3+ years Small Business Experience & e-commerce space

- Experience working with engineering and product development resources

- BE/ MBA from premier schools
