- Owner of Fulfillment and Returns process.  - Involved in the entire lifecycle of the product development.  - Involved in the design, development of reports and dashboards to monitor performance of the fulfillment operations.  - Involved in the audit of the process in the fulfillment centers.  - Involved in the review of processes periodically to identify break points, inefficiencies, training needs and technology & automation enhancements.  - Periodically update priority of Product feature backlogs and product roadmap.  - Time to time communication with the stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the projects.  - Prepare and keep updated Product related documentations (Flow Diagrams, PRD, Data Flow)  - Run stake holder meetings (Fulfillment Operations, Fulfillment Center, Courier Logistics and Returns) monthly to collect information on Pain points, automation opportunities, enhancements and process improvements.  Skill:  Should have good Experience working with Web Based and Mobile Based Application  Adaptable resource, comfortable in high pressure technical and business environments.   Communicate effectively to both technology and business teams, breaking concepts and technologies down to suit the audience.   Experience in communicating with clients, business users, SMEs for identification of requirements, problems and articulating and capturing the same through use cases, activity diagrams, requirement specifications document etc.  Excellent Requirements Documentation skills in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional requirement document (FRD) and Technical Design (TD)  Good communication, negotiating, convincing and inter-personal skills and ability to address, analyze and resolve diverse and complex issues.  Candidate from Internet/E-Commerce is preferred
