Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Product Management for fashion e-commerce domain with detailed understanding & strong focus on market / competition , consumer persona, industry trends and know how of new age digital SaaS product platforms .
- Solving problems across the board in ecommerce supply chain first mile to last mile delivery , introspect & strategize necessary alteration in products and presenting to management .
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - proficiency in writing User Stories, defining Product performance metrices, UI/UX requirements and good know - how on digital product features & their nuances.
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage new services and tools, and strategic programs to support and enhance operations and processes as per the company's e - commerce specifications and requirements.
- Identify and manage blocking issues & improvement areas , provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Work collaboratively & cross - functionally with engineering, data science, supply chain, operations, and business functions to launch features and iterate quickly .
- Be hands - on with data - ability to use data analysis tools to experiment and test hypotheses.
- Ability to speak the language of business as fluently as the language of engineering.
- Create buy - in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Drive product launches including working with stakeholder team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Define requirements, metrics analysis, development, testing, and launching efforts.
- Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Qualifications :
- 3 - 4 years of work experience in B2B tech product , with Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administra.on/ Management (preferred) , Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline or, 1 - 2 years of experience in business analysis or product management field .
- Experience writing both long and short term product planning reports, including strategic marke.ng analysis, product placement, and financial/business reporting.
- Skills in writing PRD , wireframing, mock - up - with hands - on experience in at least one tool like Figma .
- Strong problem - solving & logical deduction skills .
- Experience in wri.ng user story, test cases & conduc.ng UAT.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross - functional teams in a matrix organization
