Product Manager - Checkout

About the Role:

A techno-functional role, where you will be responsible for driving E2E GTM of Pay Checkout across merchant channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will be doing the following things:

Market Assessment:

- Benchmark competition offerings and identify opportunity areas.

- Interact with Customers and identify pain points/improvement areas.

- Analyze data and interact with consumers to identify latent needs of consumers.

Product Roadmap:

- Own Checkout solution across all channels and build configurable products to meet most market needs.

- Prepare functional architecture and assess build vs buy for all the components.

- Evaluate vendors for buy/partner scenarios.

Product Delivery:

- Collaborate with Engineering and UX team to solve the product features.

- Follow the Agile development cycle to prepare well-written user stories.

- Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each Feature launch.

Drive Adoption:

- Work with internal teams to ensure adoption by merchants and iterate/pilot changes.

- Manage strategic alliances with leading ecosystem players.

- Collaborate with the operations team and define efficient processes of Recon, Settlement, Onboarding, etc.
