Product Manager - eCommerce

Opening for Product Manager for urdoorstep.com

To control the overall digitized product & the website ( back end / front end ) of UR.DoorStep.com, which includes the overall IT Team, product design, product development, interaction with vendor, vendor development / execution from vendors from an IT standpoint, ability to build new age products which can be improved & enhanced to meet the national expansion plans of the business

- Will be the product owner for the UDS digital platform

- Research on latest technology innovations in the digital industry and implement the same for UDS.

- Liaison between the technology and management teams to bring out the best UI/UX for the website and apps of UDS

- Link with the design/catalogue teams for inventory to be uploaded to the platform

- Worked With technology vendors to develop cutting edge tech platforms (website, app)

- Work with modern analytical tools to get feedback on the site, apps and constantly update to deliver a great customer experience

Desired Skills :

- Understanding of web technologies (incl. CMS, VCMS, HTML 5, Java, PHP, Perl, Python, etc.)

- Must have an understanding of backend web technologies (e-retail, inventory management, retail POS, navigation tools like mapmyindia, customer service tools enabling chat, video calling with customers, etc)

- Understanding of integration between technology, supply chain, logistics, financial reporting

- Understanding of customer experience and customer buying behavior

- Has experience in developing UI/UX for customer facing e-retail companies

- Experience in leading technology development teams
