Domain Knowledge: Technology/ CS Background

Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate from a Premier Institute

Skills Required:

- Strong product management experience in software solutions particularly in the areas of e-Commerce , Web content management, Social Media Marketing

- Excellent partnering, collaboration, and communication skills with senior business and functional leaders to lead change through business process and technology through joint solutioning.

- Strategic thinker with outstanding execution skills to drive projects that make the product vision a reality both in the short and long run.

- Proven ability to identify technology options and assist in driving the decision-making process to agree on a solution that balances compliance standards, employee experience, business objectives, and technical requirements.

- Outstanding ability to lead cross-functional business and technology teams to successful outcomes, preferably through agile methodology

- High energy, self-starter with ability to plan, organize, influence and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.

- Team player owning the outcome and contributing to a high performing organization

- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

- The types of tasks this individual is responsible are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena of B2B as well as in B2C products being supported by the same Framework

- Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace including pricing strategies, product specifications, catalogs, sell-sheets, training aids, web presence and promotional events

- Track general business indicators, including market share, and competitor's marketing and sales program activities.- Communicate and implement product promotions with the advice from Marketing Team

- Provide on-going management of the product marketing programs, contracts and agreements

- Identify and maintain relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc

- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance

- Define and communicate GLOPOREGeeks and GeeksTree product road map to continually improve the user experience based on ongoing customer research, feedback, and performance

- Formulate data-driven decisions that lead to successful and meaningful business results

Experience: 6+ years on relevant roles.
