Client- An E-commerce Company  Location:Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Delhi NCR   Designation:Product Manager / Sr. Product Manager   Job Profile:   - Understand and analyze customer needs, and conduct research on markets to define product strategies.   - Establish short- and long-term product goals and strategies to meet company goals/objectives.   - Build and manage a product roadmap to support the goals and strategies.   - Design and navigate through conflicting priorities in a fast-changing environment.   - Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to track product development and develop product launch plans.   - Own responsibility of implementation , adoption, growth and relevant business metrics.   The criteria for eligibility:   - A minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of a Product Manager.   - Deep Understanding of consumer internet market or enterprise software development.   - Demonstrated experience of delivering a product from concept to implementation.   - Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences  - Experience in Product management on- Frontend/ Mobile/ Payment/Supply chain etc  - BE / BTech in Computer Science or equivalent (an MS or PhD or MBA is a plus) from a reputed institute.   Manisha Singh
