We are hiring a Senior Product manager for a Direct to consumer (D2C) business of a leading retail company
An engineer turned MBA from top colleges with product marketing, product management experience of 6-10 years is an ideal fit
Customer Flow Management:
- Optimize the member shopping experience on Brand.com to drive engagement and retention
- Establish a deep understanding of user needs and design growth-oriented product experiences to deliver on metrices
- Collaborate with UX, design, product, engineering teams and third-party vendors as well as business stakeholders to deliver on product vision
- Continuously improve product / website management with agile development processes
Drive Product Growth
- Develop the Brand.com's strategy to deliver the business growth.
- Drive revenue targets and manage the P&L of Brand.com
- Understand industry trends and can experiment to increase the traffic and conversion of the entire platform
- Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall investment and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines.
- Works closely with marketing team to nurture top of the funnel and create necessary nudges through push notifications, emails, and various other communications to drive conversion
- Look at key metrics like LTV, CACs, Pay-back period, etc and keep them under control
Analytics:
- Continually analyse and recommend tactics to drive top-line growth and profitability for the D2C channel.
- Find actionable cross-functional insights through testing, funnels, cohort analyses and user segmentation, to identify new levers to help move key business metrics.
- Influence the brand positioning, feature prioritization and go to market strategies through data.
