Below is JD for the same : - Responsible for owning, improving, and enhancing adoption of Wealth's digital platform - Work on new digital customer and RM experience platform by defining the features and functionalities and drafting business requirements - Maintain a strong digital proposition that creates sustainable competitive advantage, creates customer engagement &amp; superlative user experience, and drives direct business benefits - Identify processes that can be automated and take ownership of projects from ideation, execution to adoption - Liaise with service and sales team for increasing adoption of digital platforms - Liaise with bank digital and product teams to ensure inclusion of wealth in bank digital projects - Handholding of teams in managing customer queries pertaining to digital channels Job Requirements : - Understanding of wealth business, proposition, and industry - Analytical skills to evaluate various customer/product innovations - Good in data crunching to understand customer behavior and usage of the applications - Strong appreciation of User Experience and User-Centric design - Good understanding of processes and banking technology - High level of interest and passion for the internet world &amp; latest technologies will be an added advantage - Awareness of best digital channel practices at the global level - Strong interpersonal and project management skills
