Product Manager - Digital Platform

JOB Role: -

- To build use cases for customers to visit platform frequently and implement tools to cross/up sell on the platform based on customer lifecycle, platform usage, transaction behaviour, etc

- To make this platform as an independent and alternate channel for low cost customer acquisition with positive PnL by creating high value, frequent use cases for customer

- To create large scale for customer acquisition & USP in a competitive market which otherwise is served by large no. of players

- Design digital journeys for existing products through Open API services, with the intent to have seamless experience with no manual intervention.

- Design and develop new digital lending ecosystems for increased revenue opportunity for the company

- POCs with fintechs to set up new avenues for customer acquisition

- Acquiring new customers at scale, increase revenue opportunities from existing customers and fulfill customer requirements at low cost

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions:

- Digital platform development and launch - Design end to end platform with various functionalities and services to acquire new customers

- Design and develop product for company's internal consumption based on requirement of respective businesses

- POCs with Fintechs, Internal teams and platforms

- No. of new customer acquisitions, no. of units cross/up sold, no. of active customers/repeat customers/engaged customers

- Implement in app promotion tools and also an optimum marketing mix to generate traffic

- PnL - Business and revenue generated that can be directly attributed to the platform

- Cost reduction/efficiency improvement with new digital product developments
