This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as Product Manager - SA Product - Digital.
1. The individual will be in charge of assisting with the SA product's onboarding and servicing processes.
2. Practical experience in creating world-class digital onboarding experiences for acquiring South African customers with reputable banks.
3. To guarantee the highest level of digital adoption within the bank, make constant improvements to the journeys based on input from customers.
4. In charge of boosting the profitability and company metrics.
5. Assist the IT team with tech integration.
6. In charge of managing important facets of product development over the course of the product lifecycle.
7. In charge of carrying out the project while making sure that strong stakeholder and project management is maintained. preparing the product's BRDs, idea notes, user stories, test cases, etc.
8. Creating GTM for the launch of a product, including communication, marketing materials, and training.
9. Put into practice effective UI/UX procedures by carrying out a usability research that enables the design team to directly engage with journey owners.
10. Verify that internal bank policies and procedures are followed.
11. Work together with pertinent parties from various bank departments, such as IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, to create a digital solution that is the best in its class.
12. Create and carry out programs and marketing to boost the uptake of the digital products.
