Product Manager - Digital Media Product Management - Newspaper

Product Manager (7-12 Years) for a leading indian newspaper

We are looking for a - Product Manager - for one of our esteemed Clients for Chennai Location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In Depth knowledge of Digital Media Product Management

- Managing entire mobile-application & mobile web from conception to launch and iteration. Hands-on, bias for action and able to quickly take concepts to actual products

- Strong understanding of content management in a digital media company & ability to create mobile application workflow, detailed wire frames and PRDs.

- Solid understanding of Mobile Design/ UX principles and designing for multiple device sizes.

- Ability to conceptualize UX details and User centric design (Use cases, storyboards etc) Continuously monitor technology & business trends, and effectively recommend enhancements that will drive consumer engagement and user satisfaction.

- Focus on Analytics & Data Driven Decision Making skill set - Comfortable working with large sets of data, able to work with analytics tools to drive business and product specific insights.

- Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) prioritize decisions based on data.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including editorial within and outside the organization.

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.

- Strong ability on strategic thinking and problem solving.

REQUIREMENT:

- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA essential.

- Total 7 - 12 years in Product Management.

- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in internet product management preferably in digital media companies.

- MBA /B.Tech from a premier institution desirable.

- Track record of defining and releasing successful products across quick, iterative releases.
