Product Manager Digital Marketing - FMCG / Retail / Paints / Consumer Durables
- Retail Digital Experience
- Evaluate and work with partners to develop digital tools that deliver elevated personalized customer experiences in store
- Responsible for end-to-end management - from ideation to launching POCs to full roll out in aligned business timelines
- Monitor, evaluate and drive product adoption
- Channel Fulfilment
- Develop third party alliances that can enable a unified journey and define engagement terms and SLAs
- Integrate the store digital tools with the enterprise systems to build a unified ecosystem
- Support product teams in planning and executing successful brand activities
- Enable smooth operations
- Draft policy and process documents for standard operations across platforms.
- Troubleshoot any breakdowns in digital journeys and working closely with IT and business teams to resolve the same
- Manage content for the deployed digital system in coordination with central content team
- Work closely with ECom, IT, marketing, sales & external partners to achieve business objectives.
- Digital product strategy
- Conduct user research and become an expert on consumer journey
- Benchmark competition, track trends and stay up to date on digital best practices
- Define product roadmap based on the business strategy, industry best practices and new technologies being introduced
- Leverage data for insights and decision making
- Define and implement the key metrics for evaluating performance of digital tools Use analytics to improve store experience and build a connected user journey
Skills / Experience Qualifications :
- B.Tech IT/CSE, MBA in Marketing from premier B-Schools, batch 2016-20 - should be currently with any new age Tech online firms pref Retail
- 2-5 yrs in digital marketing / multi channel/ Omnichannel marketing is a must
- Knowhow of digital systems for retail is desirable
- Experience with start-ups in building material/retail is preferred. Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
- Passionate about building great products that solve customer and business problems.
- Ability to work across multiple cross functional teams
