Product Manager - Digital Lending Segment - BFSI

- To design unsecured lending(Business Loan) products that are completely digital and use various digitals components and tools in the ecosystem.

- Maintain understanding of digital lending market and various products & programs offered by competitors and come up new and innovative ideas for digital lending products / journeys through partnerships

- Co-ordination with external stakeholders & aligning on internal vision on implementation / go live with partners

- Aligning internal stakeholders with overall vision / designing programs for higher approval rates through partners.

Product Launch & Management

- Building BRD documents as per business requirements to capture scope of new products, risk & policy parameters and design journey flows for end to end digital lending (onboarding to disbursement)

- Working with Risk / Credit teams on framing policy frameworks for multiple programs basis with partners for SME digital lending products

- Working with technology / engineering teams & other internal stakeholders to plan, implement, track, test and launch new products and customer journeys.

Portfolio Control & Data Analytics

- Monitor performance of partner programs to refine policy and journey related aspects.

- To develop data analytics capabilities and identify right sources of alternative data for designing innovative lending solutions through partnerships.
