Product Manager - Digital Lending

Role/Job Title : Product Manager - Digital Lending (Retail Assets)

Grade - SM/CM

Place of Work: BKC Mumbai

Note : Looking for candidates preferably from Fintech Organisations.

Job Purpose:

The role entails managing and scaling up the retail assets - digital loan book by on-boarding customers via Fintech partnerships and online aggregators. The role will closely collaborate with the partners and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition and servicing. The role includes defining product constructs, building roadmap and managing product delivery,

Managing Product cost structures, marketing, legal and regulatory compliance, operations oversight, technical product management ; He/she will oversee preparation product notes, work with policy/risk on policy notes and get internal management approvals. He/She will support partner relationships to increase the share of wallet from partner's overall business and providing great customer and partner experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities :

-On-board newly acquired digital lending partners ; partner & product evaluation, preparation & approval of product notes, technical integration & loan book growth

- Acquire new to the bank customers on a large scale by innovating digital journeys

- Enhance portfolio profitability by achieving customer acquisition, product penetration and portfolio quality targets

- Liaise with analytics team to design and refine partner specific scorecards and underwriting engines

- Ensure that internal/regulatory compliances, risk management and service quality are in line with the defined policies

Secondary Responsibilities :

- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans for new partnerships

- Recommend process automation in order to improve service efficiency

- Liase with the tech team to achieve successful technology integration with external partners and hence achieve faster TATs for partner go live

- Work closely with the legal teams to close service agreements with external partners/vendors

- Work close with all risk functions to ensure the product and portfolio is compliant with all applicable risk and compliance norms
