Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Objective:

Company's vision is to enable Enterprise's offer Digital Financial products to their customers. It works with Wallets, Mobile Operators, Ecommerce companies, FIs and Banks to enable them in their journey to offer Digital financial products. It is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for Strategy, Roadmap, Design, Marketing and end to end delivery of the platform.

Job Responsibilities

- Product Vision and Direction - Drive cross-functional teams around product vision

- Build the TAM and target segments for the product and map the Product Roadmap to the business priorities

- Support multiple credit products and lifecycles to support Business strategy

- Instalment Loans, BNPL, Bullet Loans, Credit Line, Consumer Durable Loans, Merchant Cash Advance, Micro Credit, Micro Savings, Fixed Deposits etc

- Develop core LMS enhancements on Accounting, Product flexibilities, charging models and more.

- Build additional components like LOS/KYC management/Document management etc to create an end to end Digital lending offering

- Build a flexible and customer profile led Lifecycle Management system for customers

- Build various accounting models to help offer multiple credit products on the platform

- Scan and understand the financial guidelines in each of the markets we enter and build all market specific regulatory and operational requirements into the product

- Interact with Business Analysts, Partners, Business teams to finalize solution

- Coordinate with Testing team and partner systems to enable testing and delivery of developed features

- Manage the multiple installations and Version control.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience with 3 to 4 years' experience in working on building Lending Platforms

Core requirements :

- 8-10 years of experience with 3 to 4 years' experience in working on building Lending Platforms

- Additional Delivery experience or product development experience in Payments is preferred

- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results

- Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required.

- Manage the Scrum and Product Delivery process.

- Ability to create business cases and drive rationale for product roadmap / Plan
