Job: Product Manager
Professional Field: Marketing
Specialisation: Product/Brand Marketing
- Candidates with minimum of 4 yrs experience in handling pharmaceutical products (preferably dermatological products) are required.
Key job accountabilities:
- Develop a marketing strategy to meet business growth objectives
- Develop a strong understanding of product composition, performance, textures, safety, etc
- Develop strong understanding of customer behaviour and expectations in dermatology/ skincare category
- Develop strong expert marketing plans around Medical Visit and Advice and implement the same
- Strengthen medical endorsement through effective marketing initiatives directed at dermatologists
- Business Analysis through market data, knowledge of competitors, markets trends and consumers
- Driving new product launches and striving to maintain growth on pillar products
- Plan and manage Marketing Budgets
- Conceptualise and design brand presentation in different channels for superior customer experience
- Contribute to upgradation of training and performance of field force - Medical reps and Advisors
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Liaise effectively with Zone and International Marketing teams
- Interact effectively with sales, logistics and training departments to deliver marketing objectives
Key Competencies Required:
- Ability to understand consumer needs and behaviour and devise a marketing plan
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, plan marketing initiatives and execute effectively
- Good understanding of Indian skincare routines, products, textures, consumer preferences etc
- Good communication skills, good analytical skills
- Strong team-working ability to work with Sales and other functions in a collaborative way
- Exposure/experience in dermatology oriented skincare and interface with dermatologist community (preferred)
