Work closely with sales and key accounts for product demonstration and clinical selling creative marketing and promotional campaigns, creation of product brochures, leaflets, and other - Design creative marketing and promotional campaigns, creation of product brochures, leaflets, and other communication material as per brand guidelines. - Regular market and competition landscape assessments and in sighting. - Cross functional working and coordination with Finance, Regulatory and supply chain on regular basis on various projects. - Launching marketing campaigns, promotional inputs, internal team campaigns, team incentivization - Execution of marketing programs & customer engagement activities as per the Annual marketing plan and working closely with support teams & vendors for successful execution. - Leading structured and regular sales team product training and sales excellence training. - Leading KOL development and management in a holistic. - Portfolio strategy and management: Driving the right product mix, ensuring effective phase in and phase outs, last time buy strategy for phase outs and ensuring effective transition during product upgrades. - Content development and structuring of digital content repository for online references Desired Candidate : 1.
