Lead technology initiatives directed towards:
1. Building a scalable digital strategy for acquisition, and retention
2. Driving engagement for our digital customers by increasing SoW (share of wallet), and improving product mix
Responsibilities
As a PM at you drive the vision, strategy, and execution of solutions to business problems. You will be responsible for:
1. Creating digital experiences for substituting traditional salesforce model
2. Designing and running campaigns to push SoW and improve product mix for Telio customers
3. Improving discovery across digital platforms
4. Developing the Product Roadmap in collaboration with the Leadership
5. Championing data and validation led approach to iterate on solutions
6. Writing detailed specifications and design sprint plans for agility
Requirements :
A few things that we expect from you:
1. Have 1-3 years of experience working with a leading e-commerce firm on consumer facing products with at least 50K DAUs or Daily Transactions (relevant experience is a must)
2. High comfort with numbers, guesstimates, and experimentations
3. Have an entrepreneurial spirit i.e. ability to get things done
4. Have a growth mindset i.e. ability to grow skills
