Position : Product Manager-DMS (Delivery Management System)

Experience : Min. 5 years of experience designing, integrating, and managing Digital products

Qualification : Bachelor's in computer science or related field but not mandatory , MBA can be a plus

Profile :

- The Product Manager plays the leading role in creating a complete product vision consisting of the customers and users, the needs addressed and the most important product attributes.

- This leader is also responsible to create the product business model and ensure its success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Domain and business knowledge

- Expert in the product's domain, having multiple years of experience in business or operational aspects of the market, ideally with direct customer engagement. Always keen to learn and expand understanding of the product, its customers and the market.

- Displays passion and strong enthusiasm for the success of the product.

- Has ability to describe a future state of the product, what problems it tries to resolve and how it adds value to the customer

- Ability to convey and share ideas, but also to listen actively and provide feedback to others, which leads to accurate understanding. Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders equally.

- Ability to make decisions and put an end to any debate.

- Ability to adapt and adjust to shifting priorities and willingness to be convinced by facts and the results of experiments.

- Empathy toward the team and the customers

Ability to use Design Thinking and storytelling to "paint a picture" of the product.

EXPERIENCE :

- Experience building, managing, owning and monetizing last mile logistics related software including but not limited to Delivery Management Systems (DMS) and associated sub-systems.

- Should have worked with or interacted, as part of work scope, with SAAS based providers of DMS

- At least 5 years of experience designing, integrating, and managing Digital products.

- Ability to deliver through external vendor partners

- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering

- Demonstrated experience with business process and process modeling.
