Job Location: Bangalore

Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience with 3 plus in product development, managing software products.

Education : Bachelors EE or CS from top-tier Engineering colleges.

MBA degree is a plus

Job Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build our next-generation applications. You will work on an award-winning product and help us take it to the next level by conceiving new features and applications. This role will report to the Director of Product and will be responsible for managing the product roadmap and new features development working closely with engineering and design teams. At Company, we are passionate about collaboration and agile software development.

The Product Manager will also need to share that passion and lead by example scrum-team through close collaboration with Engineering, QA and the rest of the company. The Product Manager is obsessed with pushing our solution to its limits, making the team and the solution better and constantly communicating results with our global team.

Requirements

- Track record of building, shipping, and scaling products with great user experiences

- Enterprise software experience satisfying multiple stakeholders

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive business strategy

- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners

- Creativity in strategy and execution, while challenging the status quo

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience on cloud computing, big data or AI/ML products is a plus
