Product Management experience (Working on new End user computing propositions, secondary research and creating Go to Market for new offerings etc,)

Job Description pertains to the Product Manager role at Next Generation Datacenter (NGDC) arm of Co's ISD, which cuts across the transformations, operations, system integration, virtualization, solution design, managed services, support and maintenance of all the aspects of datacenter solutionlike hosting, servers, storage, backup, network, security, converged infrastructure and all the flavors of cloud services.

- To Incubate and Manage lifecycle of Enterprise of Future and other “Innovative & Market Leading” Propositions & Products across datacenter Solutions

- To carry out secondary research on Datacenter technology stack & industry trends to create robust service offerings

- To position and differentiate the service offerings in the market

- To formulate and refine proposition on cloud services like SAP on Demand and PaaS offerings

- To possess expertise in IT Infrastructure, Linux and Open source, Microsoft Technologies, Applications, System Integration, Virtualization and Data Center Operations

- To design turnkey solutions in emerging areas such as Cloud services, SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata

- To prepare vertical specific solution offerings, covering all domains of data center services

- To possess sound knowledge in Open Source technologies and trends as well as prepare reference architecture and use cases for the same

- To jointly Develop Propositions with market leading vendors across various technologies in NGDC

- To perform “Business Case Analysis” on the business viability of the new proposition

- To create proposition solution accelerators & presentations for practice development

- To create & manage the proposition lifecycle along with the vendor

- To create pricing framework for the new proposition along with the vendor

- To work closely with the alliance partners to formulate GTM’s

- To create quarterly training & marketing calendars with partners

- To create marketing plans, mailers, point of view papers & release plans for new propositions

- To organize analysts interactions in order to understand technology trends
