Product Manager - Data/VAS

Job Description:

- Conceptualize & create product/services in the Wireline Data & VAS domain to meet customer requirements and keep the Reliance Portfolio exciting & ahead of competition at all times.

- Business case preparation, presentation to Top executives & approvals; Market Research, Market sizing, Revenue Projection, Profitability analysis.

- Innovate & Generate Product Funnel & Roadmap (Must Requirement)

- Highly self motivated to drive product development with rest of organization (Must Requirement)

- National / circle level Product Marketing & Product Launch

- Managing User Experience

- Releasing Product definition document (PDD) for new product development or enhancement on existing product.

- Interact with system teams working on CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network teams to create the product and its fulfillment processes in order to make it sellable product/service. (Must Requirement)

- Leverage the understanding of technology, Network, CPE and Customer to develop, innovate, refine and simplify services/products. (Must Requirement)

- Creation of white papers, case studies, new product launches involving new solutions and products

- Interface with the training organization to create training contents for the call center, sales and customer.

Education:

(UG - B.Tech/B.E.) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM)

- Candidates should be handling technology facing role.

- IP Domain knowledge.

- Exposure to Enterprise services like leased line, MPLS VPN, Internet

- Managed services and equipment like routers, firewall, IDS, IPS etc. is required.
