Product Manager - D2C eCommerce Brand

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be developing and articulating a clear product strategy aligning with the company's overall vision and business goals.

What you will do:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.

- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, regularly communicating updates and adjusting priorities as necessary.

- Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach to product development, focusing on usability and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

- Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Utilizing data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions and continuously improving product performance.

- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to make data-driven improvements to the product.

- Building and maintaining internal tools that enhance the efficiency of our teams and supporting our growing startup.

What you need to have:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.

- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce and the digital marketplace.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Experience with agile development methodologies.
