Product Manager - Current Accounts - Bank

Job Purpose :

Responsible for maintenance and improvement of the YES First Business program offering

Job Description :

- Responsible for maintenance and improvement of the CA Business program offering

- Responsible for driving Process Adherence and Improvements in Operations, Branches, impacting Sales & Customer experience within the CA Business proposition

- Work closely with the various product teams towards developing a strong and enhanced program proposition basis the identification of opportunities in market segments

- Developing front end (business enabling) product collaterals and customer communication in consultation with Marketing with content development Review & Ownership of Cross Sell revenue/instances (Trade Fx/EBB) generation from CA Channel with special focus towards channel

- Product/process initiatives within Bank programme to increase customer acquisition / enhancement/increment in wallet share

- Periodic review of working model against set objectives / benchmarks in terms of business, profitability / cost to income of the channel

- Periodic Review of new accounts opened for abusive behavior / mis selling, steps taken for improvement

- Development of training material pertaining to the bank and training of channels on an ongoing basis

- Driving the channel to achieve set goals & objectives

- Liaise with channels to support acquisition through Contests/Drives/Campaigns

- Driving defined Branch Sales Process across the channel to maximize portfolio objectives

- Monitoring performance of branches against plan and devise measures for improvement and support provide necessary MIS / Management update

- Ensure adherence to various product delivery benchmarks/ parameters such as TAT, Q & D, exceptions and recommend changes in the process / documentation for improvements pertaining to Bank model

- Driving system developments/enhancements to streamline/improve efficiency of product delivery & processes / automation for better conversion / engagement / monitoring

- Driving Compliance Activities / Due Diligence Activities through branches. Proactively monitor the risk profile and quality of the portfolio.

- Work closely with various teams such as IT, Operations, Legal, Audit etc for modifications, process implementations and system developments.
