Job Description:
- Drive & Monitor performance at resource level on key parameter - Account Sourcing, Value, Productivity and Activation.
- Track benchmark productivity of CSOs & ABMs. Ensuring individual productivity on current account & total units sold are met and percentage of resources meeting benchmark at regional level is achieved.
- Identify low performing CSOs and communicate the same to regional heads to take corrective steps to improve their performance.
- Formulate region wise strategy for branches to ensure accounts sourced maintain the product balances.
- Emphasize the objective of quality sourcing through M2 Activation & YTD Activation and identify branches that are underperforming and take corrective action.
- Monitoring success of centrally initiated drives / campaigns.
Base Portfolio:
- Review of portfolio with Cluster Head & Branch Manager to ascertain gaps & suggest improvement areas such as portfolio size / product-focus.
- Focus on value buildup in portfolio by benchmarking accounts not maintaining AMB. Share insights & analysis with branches on such accounts.
- Focused review with underperforming - Focus- branches by putting them on Action Plan & involving joint monitoring through Cluster Head.
- Ensure that account level data for tracking parameters are provided to branches on regular basis for effective driving.
- Performance gap analysis / Profile status of quality accounts with reasons for course correction.
- Performance review with Zonal Heads/Branch Banking Heads to highlight common areas of concern/ performance & process gaps, suggest measures to improve the same and monitor the implementation.
- Conduct Concalls / VCs in the region for driving the parameter.
Engaging with branches:
- Ensuring clarity on objectives/roles, process and performance benchmarks.
- Releasing regular Dashboard & Updates to regions/branches.
- Prepare business updates for reviews/concall/presentations.
- Training, Guidance & Support:
- Supporting newly joined ABMs.
- Onboarding, training & constant communication to newly joined ABMs.
- Conduct training sessions for ABMs/ CSOs on PLP structure and logics to achieve productivity benchmarks and earn PLP.
- Knowledge series on product features.
- FAQs on core business parameters are re-iterated multiple times.
- Identifying best-practices at branches and create visibility for performers.
- Publishing success stories for outstanding performance CSOs/ ABM.
- E-mailers on Performance linked Pay structure/ PLP calculator etc. which support CSOs to improve.
- Liaise with regional HR to ensure all the budgeted positions are manned.
- Coordinate & resolve all requirements/queries of branches KYC and process.
