Product Manager - Current Account - Bank

JD for Product Manager - Current Account :

- Ensuring achievement of Number & Value target of the bank.

- Achieve Branch wise number and value plan for designated product line.

- Driving the Current Account Business for PAN India.

- Ensuring TFX & CA Values are met.

- Monitor productivity of staff and optimize incentive earning.

- Managing cost to income through optimal utilization of resources.

- Responsible for the development of sales network and managing the quality of sales.

- Meeting & organizing joint meetings with cross functional heads.

- Development or changes in existing or new Current account product/Model.

- Interaction with Branch Banking head, Finance team for budget planning for the Financial Year.

- Ensuring achievement of Number & Value target for PAN India.

- Achieve Branch wise number and value plan for designated product line.

- Monitor productivity of Asst. Branch Manager & Current Account Portfolio Manager and team and optimize incentive earning.

- Getting involved in the activities towards business generation and development.

- Preparing MIS & PPT's for higher management on cost, budget & other key factors to improve the business model.

- Traveling across India for training & educating Bank Staffs on KYC & Current account products.

- Interacting with KYC & legal team for any changes or updating current account KYC policies.
