Product Manager - Cross Sell Loans Unit - Bank

We have an exciting job opportunity with a leading Indian bank based in Mumbai for Product Manager - Cross Sell role. 

Description :

The candidate would be part of the Cross Sell loans unit of the bank and would work as a product manager. The Cross Sell unit is responsible for selling asset products to existing bank customers across the customer life time with the organization.

- Prior experience in banking preferred. Best if the candidate has previous experience in product management.

- Optimization of new/existing products using data-driven decisions and QC of the created campaign data sets.

- Design of reports for response tracking, measurement and comparison of success metrics of products.

- Engage with various teams across the organization into ensuring all aspects of products are in line with requirements.

- Provide analytical support on optimum utilization of the existing customer base with the aim to have better portfolio performance.

- Design and enhancement of existing product workflows with the aim to improve customer experience and conversions.

Qualifications :

- MBA/M.Stat, IT, Engineering will be preferred

- Expert in MS Excel

- Strong inter personal skills

- Good in stakeholder management
