About our Client: Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical MNC with presence across multiple countries and therapies. They are one of the fastest growing healthcare MNCs in India. To be the pioneers in the portfolio they cater to, they are looking to hire a Product Manager for their Critical Care business.

Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for Brand Management

New Product Development :

- End to end responsibility for NPD projects - product, packaging development, pricing and preparing business cases

- Competitive Intelligence

- Category champion and working very closely with the team especially Sales and Medico marketing

- Reporting and analysis : Monthly Business reports, category analysis, forecasting for NPD products, market sizing Working with cross functional teams / team alignment - need to get the attention of cross functional team to deliver jobs Involved in brand equity within global guidelines and maintaining how the brand looks

The Successful Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/product management with pharmaceutical MNCs. Substantial experience in marketing for critical care products is a must.

- Experienced in Category and brand management, innovation and launch besides Project Management skills a must.

- The incumbent should have lead and launched at least 2 products. (not as a support) and must have practical hands-on approach, customer focused, understand customer insights and creative bent of mind.

- Ability to handle fast developing business and work independently under stringent timelines besides a strong commercial acumen and strong on analytical skills is a must.

- Being well versed with all regulatory aspects is non negotiable
