Job Description
The Category Manager reporting to Business Lead will
- Understand and track crop specific market fundamentals and business landscape.
- Assist in formulation and articulation of short and medium term growth strategy
- Develop product strategy, communication, and portfolio management.
- Develop implementable go-to-market plans with focus on product segments & portfolio, marketing and channel
- Manage & keep track of annual A&P budget & its utilization.
Facilitate on-ground execution through extensive interactions and cross-functional hand-holding
The Successful Applicant
Will be :
1. MBA graduate from Premier B School (Only 2005 /06 / 07 batch will qualify the screening )
2. 5 to 7 years in reputed Multinational / Large Indian organizations
3. Mix of marketing / product management and sales experience
