- Product Management - Manage the existing suite of corporate salary products
- Develop new product variants for new segments
- Conduct Competition Benchmarking - Track competition products, identify new features and recommend basis profitability evaluation
- Monitor and track business growth basis product variants and recommend offer revision where required
- Identify, review and facilitate development of marketing collaterals pertaining to the Salary Portfolio
- Review and ensure updated product information is made available on various touch points i.e., both internal and external customers
- Resolve queries on product, conduct need based product training and track performance across key product parameters.
